I found these adorable, and delicious looking treats online at shakentogether.blogspot.com. I absolutely have to try and you do to so here's the recipe.
Whoopie pies: For each cookie, roll about 1 tablespoon of cookie
batter into a ball and place it on your ungreased cookie sheet (or baking
stone!) about 2 inches apart. Bake at 350* for about 11-13 minutes – you
don’t want these to get too brown, so keep an eye on them. Allow to
cool. Pipe your pink lemonade frosting in between two similar sized
cookies and smush … whoopie pies!!
